Job Overview:

• Support enterprise information management systems projects in partnership with IT Projects.
• Work with LOBs to define information technology requirements to meet their business needs.
• Assess, provide, and support information technology systems and products to fulfill business needs.
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of business process programs and associated documentation.
• Provide expertise in management systems, cyber security, infrastructure, and process design.
• Prepare test plans and review test results for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with user requirements.
• Act as a high-level technical resource to staff and provide technical notes and guidelines.
• Provide consultative services and specialized expertise in information-technology areas.
• Make recommendations to clients to change their business processes and work methods.
• Develop and review requirements and solution proposals with users and IT departments.
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of business process programs.
• Prepare project assessment reports and coordinate project planning processes.

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of business principles and processes for consulting and project services.
• Excellent knowledge of information technology and systems for managing projects and developing strategies.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
• Knowledge of business methods, processes, and change management theories.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written, for effective communication and documentation.
• Four-year university degree in business administration or computer science, or equivalent education.
• Experience with OpenText Documentum and/or ABB-Hitachi Asset Suite is critical.
