With a commitment to excellence and sustainability, we seek a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Consultant to join our dynamic marketing team.

Role Summary/Purpose

Our E-commerce Sales Consultant will play a key role in delivering exceptional sales support and customer service to online shoppers. They will engage with customers throughout their shopping journey, providing personalized assistance via online chat, email, or phone. From offering pre-purchase product guidance and facilitating conversions to assisting with ordering, billing, delivery, and post-sale support, the consultant will ensure a seamless, full-service experience that enhances customer satisfaction and brings happiness and well-being to every home.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding shopping experience via email, phone, chat, or text.
  • Maximize sales by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and timely follow-ups to meet KPIs.
  • Exceed customer expectations from inquiry to delivery and post-purchase support.
  • Process orders accurately and promptly, handling adjustments, billing issues, delivery, and post-purchase needs.
  • Make cold calls to promote our website and services to 3rd party partners.
  • Collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketing, and other teams to align with sales goals and market trends.
  • Ensure communication aligns with marketing and business objectives.
  • Respond to product reviews promptly, following company policies.
  • Use monthly reports to measure performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Associate's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience.
  • Customer service and sales experience.
  • Track record of sales success and/or exceptional customer support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate with typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment to achieve personal, team, and company-wide goals.
  • Consumer-centric mindset and attitude.
  • Strong work ethic with integrity, self-motivation, and personal responsibility.
  • Experience with call centers or equivalent customer service experience.
  • Proactive in staying current with all promotional opportunities that will deliver the best value for shoppers.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: the desire to exceed sales goals.
  • English and French required.
