Position Info:

· Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $22.60~$25.60/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Supervise and direct the sales team
2. Manage inventory and place product orders
3. Produce sales and merchandising reports
4. Assign tasks and develop employee work schedules
5. Address and resolve customer questions, complaints, and issues
6. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating new sales staff
7. Ensure the store adheres to visual standards, including displays and cleanliness
8. May perform managerial responsibilities such as key holding
9. May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Job requirements:

· Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience is required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
