Oil Burner Technician: Carmichael is looking for a skilled Oil Burner Journeyman Technician to join our Dartmouth branch and be part of our 100 years of success! This is a service technician position working on a variety of combustion, heating, and gas systems on a commercial/industrial scale.

We offer competitive rates and benefits. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and skill set. Signing bonus available for successful candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and service oil-burning furnaces, boilers, and other related heating systems.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on oil burner systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of oil burner equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Provide customers with accurate estimates and solutions for heating system issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed service records and report all work performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of their heating systems.

Requirements:

• Oil Burner license is required.
• Gas license is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• HVAC qualifications considered an asset.
• Client focus; dependable; reliable; flexible.
