Job Summary: We are looking for experienced and proactive Office Managers to oversee daily operations, manage office staff, handle administrative tasks, and ensure efficient workflows. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including administrative functions and office supplies
Supervise and support office staff
Schedule and coordinate meetings and office events
Maintain accurate records, files, and documents
Manage office budgets and expenditures
Implement and monitor office procedures and policies
Handle incoming and outgoing communications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus)
Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software
Strong leadership and multitasking skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
