Job description

Our client within asset management requires an Office Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all internal and external meetings (greet guests, scheduling boardrooms, organizing food and beverage requirements, AV, etc.)
  • Answer all inbound calls & triage appropriately
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage all general office needs (ordering supplies, IT support, etc).
  • Manage firm expenses (accounts payable, employee expenses)
  • Lead firm audit efforts
  • Support in the planning & execution of internal events
  • Various corporate operations projects as needed
  • Support in preparation of meeting materials
  • Ad hoc compliance support

  • Highly confidential
  • Proven office, clerical, and administrative experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and maintain phone etiquette
