Responsibilities

  1. Implement new administrative procedures
  2. Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  3. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  4. Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  5. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  6. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  7. Perform data entry
  8. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  9. Resolve conflict situations
  10. Monitor and evaluate
  11. Oversee payroll administration
