This position plays an essential role in supporting office operations, ensuring smooth communication, managing documentation, and assisting with daily administrative tasks. The Office Clerk will collaborate with the Office Manager, Project Teams, and other departments to ensure efficiency across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Administrative & Office Support

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring professionalism and adherence to office protocols
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, relay messages, and provide information as needed
  • Handle mail distribution, data entry, and filing to keep records organized

Customer Service & Communication

  • Provide courteous and professional support to clients, subcontractors, adjusters, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure clear and timely communication between departments
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of records
What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma/GED required; post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset
Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and office management tools
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Must pass a Criminal Record Check
