Office Administrator - VJ Trailer Sales, New Liskeard, ON
Casual / Temporary • Temiskaming Shores Region
VJ Trailers are looking for an Office Administrator to cover a Maternity Leave for 18 months. Hours are 9-3.
Key Responsibilities: Office Administration:
Reception, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables; Customer Service.
Manage daily office operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Handle inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Support with marketing efforts and social media updates.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and/or office administration preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (French and English)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
