Office Administrator - VJ Trailer Sales, New Liskeard, ON

Casual / Temporary • Temiskaming Shores Region

VJ Trailers are looking for an Office Administrator to cover a Maternity Leave for 18 months. Hours are 9-3.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:

  • Reception, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables; Customer Service.
  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Support with marketing efforts and social media updates.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales and/or office administration preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
