Responsibilities

  1. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  2. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
  3. Direct and control daily operations
  4. Direct staff
  5. Motivate staff
  6. Plan and control budget and expenditures
  7. Plan and organize daily operations
  8. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  9. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  10. Manage contracts
  11. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  12. Compile data, statistics and other information
  13. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  14. Provide customer service
