Ocean Goose Japanese Restaurant is seeking a F/T Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $28.85 ~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Supervise and coordinate food service staff’s activities
2. Resolve customers’ complaints, concerns, and inquiries
3. Ensure the quality of food and services meets control standards
4. Keep track of the records of stock, sales, and wastage
5. Involve in the recruitment of food service staff when required
6. Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
7. Establish staff work schedules
8. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for food preparation

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
