Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $28.85~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Supervise activities of cooks and other kitchen staff
2. Create menus and ensure that food meets quality standards
3. Direct food preparation and cooking activities
4. Participate in hiring kitchen staff
5. Provide training to cooks in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
6. Determine food requirements and estimate costs of supplies and labour
7. Maintain the records of inventory, food costs, sales, and consumption

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
