Job Summary:
Be part of Baycrest’s interdisciplinary specialized geriatric rehabilitation team. This role will provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment services to the Complex Continuing Care unit, Slow Stream Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation High-Tolerance areas, Behavioral Neurology and as clinical operational needs require, may be re-assigned to other areas. Reporting directly to the Manager and Interprofessional Practice Chief for Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy & Therapeutic Recreation, the occupational therapist will also communicate and collaborate with Clinical Unit Managers to facilitate optimum patient care delivery.
