Ward: Willows ward

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 16.00pm

Job responsibilities

What you can add:

• Input in therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Offer a range of low-intensity, cognitive behavioral therapy-based interventions.
• Great organizational skills to help prioritize workload.
• Mentorship of staff and offer support to the team whilst demonstrating commitment.

Person Specification

Qualifications

• HCPC registration.

Experience

• Dealt with patients who have had depression and anxiety.
• Mental health experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
