What You'll Do:

• Assess residents and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance daily living skills.
• Implement effective therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery and rehabilitation goals.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and at-home exercises.

What We're Looking For:

• A licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute rehab is a plus.
• A compassionate, patient-focused professional with strong communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.
