Title: Nurse in Charge
Salary: $97,833 - $122,817 (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time - 37.5 Hours per week, we offer 2, 3, and 4 week rotations
Location: Tsay Key Dene Nursing Station
Bargaining Unit: PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada)
What We Offer
About The Role
As the Nurse in Charge, you will provide leadership on a comprehensive range of core nursing functions and services within a First Nations community to individuals and family groups. You will provide professional guidance and assistance to community leaders and other community health care team members in acquiring knowledge and skill. You will work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team. You will focus on promoting health, preventing disease and injury, protecting population health, as well as a focus on curative, urgent and emergent care, rehabilitation, and supportive or palliative care.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full-time hours. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
