The Engineering Director will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple projects, pursuits, and developing relationships within the Canadian nuclear market to provide engineering services and operational execution. He or she will be expected to have a firm understanding of the regional team’s core technical capabilities and the needs of major clients to provide engineering services and management. The successful candidate should have existing, strong relationships with multiple targeted clients in his or her region and should have established contact with other potential, secondary clients that could be leveraged in the future, while having a deep understanding of Canadian nuclear regulatory requirements and export controls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and growth of engineering nuclear services with oversight of the engineering team.
