• Position: Dental Laboratory Technician Assistant
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $26.00~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 2-10320 Whalley Boulevard, Surrey, BC V3T 4H4
• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare plaster models and moulds from dental impressions
• Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays
• Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases
• Pack plastic material in moulds to form full or partial dentures
• Mould wax over denture set-up to form the full contours of artificial gums
• Finish the metal framework of dentures and polish and buff dentures to obtain a natural finish
• Make orthodontic bands from gold, silver, stainless steel, or other metals

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in dental technology industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
