We are currently seeking a qualified Non Prime Finance Director to join our growing Business and manage a growing team!

Responsibilities:

1. Grow and develop a team of non-prime finance managers.
2. Respond to incoming leads within dealer specified time frame.
3. Collect all information required to submit application to banks.
4. Work with managers to select vehicle for customer based on needs and bank approval.
5. Close customers on vehicle.
6. Organize delivery of vehicle.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with outbound call, text, and email.
• Experience with reviewing credit bureaus.
• Ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with Dealertrack and Credit App.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in a finance/sales role within a dealership.
• Valid AMVIC.
• Valid class 5 driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
