NON-CERTIFIED TEACHERS TEACHING ON CALL (NCTTOC)

The Langley School District is situated on the traditional unceded territories of the Matsqui, Kwantlen, Katzie, and Semiahmoo First Nations. We offer a broad range of innovative programs and services to support the learning of our students and staff in 31 elementary, 5 middle, and 9 Secondary schools which are home to over 23,000 students.


The Langley School district is seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for working with school aged children and adolescents to join our list of Non-Certified Teachers Teaching On Call (NCTTOC). Preference will be given to individuals with a demonstrated work history in a teaching capacity and/or volunteer experience working with children and youth.

Required Qualifications And Training Include
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent academic qualifications
  • Recent successful teaching experience and/or training preferred
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to determine, judge, and select appropriate course of action within limits of established methods and procedures
  • Demonstrated interest and successful experience working with children and youth
