QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum 2 years of Front-of-House restaurant management experience
2. Thorough understanding of steps-of-service and attention to detail
3. Great communication and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
5. Ability to create positive relationships with guests and promote repeat business
6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress of a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Report to the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
2. Ability to deal with guests and situations diplomatically
3. Deliver exceptional service and maintain high restaurant standards
4. Control labour and adjust staffing levels according to budgets and goals
5. Create and maintain a professional and positive work environment
6. Exhibit strong leadership skills in guiding the FOH team, while assessing performance and providing productive feedback and coaching
7. Be hands-on and demonstrate strong knowledge of dining operations
8. Support staff during service to ensure that an exceptional guest experience is provided
