Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Producing monthly financial statements
- Managing payroll and expense control
- Submitting government remittances and preparing year-end packages
- Coordinating paperwork and ensuring all journal entries are completed accurately
- Supporting the dealer with financial insights and reporting
- Keeping up-to-date employee files and ensuring compliance with employment laws
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong grasp of accounting principles with an eye for accuracy in financial matters. Experience in producing financial statements is a plus.
- Dealership experience is preferred but open to candidates from other industries.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Leadership ability in managing teams, from accounting clerks to reception staff.
- Skilled at creating efficient processes and systems.
- Quick to learn new software—training provided!
