Job Title: Night Shift Lead for Welding Shop in Edmonton

Job Description

• This candidate will oversee the afternoon/night shift crew, managing a team of approximately 15 people in various departments, including Welding & Fitting (majority), Painting, Hydraulic Assembly, and CNC Press Break Machinists.
• The role consists of a mix between 50% operations and 50% hands-on work in the Welding/Fitting Department.

Essential Skills

• Journeyman Welder (Red Seal) certification.
• 5 years minimum experience in heavy welding and fitting/fabrication.
• Experience with Flux Core (FCAW) and MCAW.

The shift hours are 4 PM to 2:30 AM Monday-Thursday, with overtime as required (usually on Friday).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49.50 - $49.50/hr.
