We are currently looking to hire a responsible candidate who is looking to excel their security experience in the manufacturing industry.

Position Details:

• Monday to Friday: 2200-0600

Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Security Guard Licence
• Valid First Aid / CPR certificate
• Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to complete daily logs and write detailed reports
• Basic computer skills
• Must have your own transportation to and from work location

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing all inbound and outbound logs manually and digitally of production deliveries onsite
• Coordinating C-TPAT inspections and directing inbound carriers to designated locations
• Assigning high security seals for international trailers and managing inventory of seals
• Sorting and organizing outbound paperwork and updating trailer readiness as outbound paperwork is printed to trailer control office
• Communicating with production teams when paperwork is not available for trailers in outbound yard
• Monitoring security cameras to ensure trailers are in the appropriate areas
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and reporting any equipment not functioning as required; computers, cameras, gate operation, etc.
