Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) and assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
• Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
• Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• Skills: Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing; strong problem-solving skills and independence.
• Attributes: Friendly, service-oriented, with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
