Whitby Subaru is currently seeking a successful and driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team in our New Car Sales Department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all customers and potential customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines while maximizing customer satisfaction.
  2. Plan sales and growth targets, profit levels, staffing, advertising, expenses, and inventory levels that support business growth and development.
  3. Maximize sales volume and profit performance of new vehicle sales.
  4. Train salespeople and other managers to execute a market-based price sales strategy while enforcing teamwork.
  5. Prepare management reports in a timely manner.
  6. Ensure all members within the organization are following policies and procedures and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
  7. Communicate all relevant objectives and documents to other departments to the appropriate manager through the established process.
Qualifications:
  1. Automotive Dealership Sales Manager experience is required. Cross-trained candidates are ideal, though we will happily train the right applicant.
  2. Valid Ontario G Driver’s license.
  3. Valid OMVIC license.
  4. Exceptional communication and business skills.

Pay Rate: Salary plus Incentives.
