The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next New Car Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at St. Peters Honda, the New Car Sales Manager leads the sales team to create an exceptional experience for customers. This role is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing, and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high level of performance among the sales team to increase market share, achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins while delighting every Customer along the way.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, and coaching sales staff to ensure the best possible customer experience at the dealership.
  • Creating and forecasting goals and objectives for both the New Car Sales Department and for the individual Sales Associates.
  • Monitoring internet, phone, and showroom leads for the staff.
  • Providing training and managing the selling process for the new cars. Assisting Sales Associates in closing deals.
  • Managing, turning, and acquiring New Car Inventory.
  • Working with the management team on the New Car inventory based on sales and market analysis.
  • Achieving New Car Sales objectives set by the General Manager in the monthly forecast.
  • Managing controllable expenses for the New Car Department.
  • Promoting high CSI scores through assuring a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience is required.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills are required.
  • Equipped with team building skills.
  • High School Diploma required. A college degree is desirable.
