Network Security Specialist

We are looking for a Network Security Specialist to join our customer-driven solution delivery and assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for network architecture, design, implementation, and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide network security architecture and design based on customer requirements
2. Implement, configure, and manage network solutions, including troubleshooting and repair
3. Ensure network availability, reliability, and performance through proactive maintenance and capacity management
4. Identify and analyze root causes of network performance issues and recommend solutions
5. Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and project plans
6. Lead technical support efforts for complex network service issues
7. Collaborate with vendors and manage operational meetings to resolve network problems

Must-Have Skills

1. Strong understanding of network security principles (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
2. CCNP certification required; CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent highly valued
3. Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-Access and VXLAN technologies

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Ability to communicate with customers using both technical and business language
2. Experience with Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, CUC, CER, CUBE, SIP)
3. Knowledge of Python or Ansible for network automation
