Job description

A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers. We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Architect and Engagement Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of leading and delivering complex technical projects, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, cloud security, and network security. This role requires a trusted advisor to senior management executives, capable of delivering engagements from strategy through execution.


Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Network Security Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of Zero Trust Architecture for large-scale corporate enterprises.
  3. Oversee budgeting, tracking, and monitoring of budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  4. Manage and deliver complex cybersecurity transformation programs, including Zero Trust Maturity Assessment and Roadmap Development, SASE Migrations, Micro-segmentation Design and Implementation.
  5. Develop and execute joint service offerings and go-to-market strategies for clients embarking on their SASE adoption journey.
  6. Plan and implement SASE solutions from vendors such as Netskope and Palo Alto Networks.
  7. Provide strategic guidance using emerging technology to senior IT executives.
  8. Lead technical and business requirements gathering sessions, conduct vendor POCs, and detailed design for IT network security solutions.
  9. Experience in developing and responding to RFPs, creating proposals, and participating in client discussions.

Experiences And Skills You’ll Use To Solve
  1. Experience in Technical Program Management, People & Vendor Management.
  2. Expertise in Network Security Strategy & Architecture.
  3. Experience on Micro-segmentation & secure zoning & FW Management and governance.
  4. Experience on AI domains and coding.
  5. Experience with RFP Development and Proposal Creation.
  6. Certified in Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto, CISSP.
  7. Solid understanding of Cybersecurity and network domains, SASE - CASB/SWG/ZTNA/SD-WAN/FW- as a service and Zero Trust Architecture.
  8. Executive Reporting and Communications.
  9. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  10. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  11. Ability to work independently and in a team.
