Network Engineer

I am recruiting for a Network Engineer for a company with over a decade of success in IT operations. They focus on network security, high availability, and performance optimization and are now looking for an expert to join their team.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of complex networks and backbone infrastructure by configuring, installing, and analyzing network components. Your role will involve improving network security and SLA parameters while monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting network issues. Additionally, you will optimize DDoS protection to maintain maximum security.

Required Skills

1. Strong experience with Juniper and Cisco products
2. Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, and switching
3. Experience with firewalls such as PFSense, OPNsense, or similar
4. Hands-on experience with DDoS prevention systems
5. Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills
