The Network Asset Support Technician provides technical support services within a centralized computing environment, performing tasks related to network hardware inventory tracking, asset distribution, procurement coordination, and deployment preparation. The role assists in resolving hardware-related issues, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
This position works within a structured technical support framework, ensuring network-related computing equipment is staged, documented, and delivered to meet operational needs.
Grade 12, graduation from a recognized two-year computer systems technology diploma program plus two years' recent, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
