Boeing Canada Winnipeg is seeking Network Administrator, reporting to the Senior Information Technology Manager, working out of the Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for network infrastructure and Linux/Unix system administration tasks. They will work with the team to enhance the stability of the environment and improve methods of infrastructure delivery. They must be able to manage projects to completion leading small teams to successful outcomes; technical leadership will be key for this role.
The successful candidate will be expected to be part of a 24x7 on-call team and provide extended hours support. They will work closely with other teams across the business to improve efficiency of the infrastructure and ensure Information Technology solutions meet corporate requirements and schedules.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Winnipeg location.

Typical Education and Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Additional Information:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
