About the Role

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project teams to analyze requirements and design scalable, custom NetSuite solutions.
2. Build and maintain NetSuite configurations, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
3. Write, review, and refine SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk solutions, adhering to NetSuite best practices.
4. Integrate third-party applications with NetSuite to enhance business workflows and data accessibility.
5. Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows.
6. Provide technical support through issue ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve performance or functional problems.
7. Identify and address technical issues, ensuring optimal runtime performance across all NetSuite processes.

About You

The essentials:

1. Experienced in using testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, or similar) to ensure reliable, high-quality code.
2. Hands-on experience with NetSuite development tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk) or comparable finance ERP platforms.
3. In-depth knowledge of NetSuite best practices and code quality standards.

Not a must, but a plus:

1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
2. Ability to take initiative and work independently, adapting to various working styles.
3. Familiarity with event processing, as well as troubleshooting and optimizing NetSuite for performance.
4. Demonstrated ability to write structured technical documentation.

What We Offer

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range: $115,000—$150,000 CAD
