Responsibilities

1. Offer customers an in-store experience.
2. Welcome, advise and maximize in-store sales.
3. Participate in daily meetings and training sessions.
4. Analyze reported machine malfunctions and provide efficient customer service.
5. Ensure that the Boutique is clean (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented).

Qualifications

1. 1 year of prior hotel, catering, sales or retail experience is required.
2. Flexibility to work Friday evening, Saturdays, Sundays.
3. Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills; exceptional customer service skills.
4. Hands on and pragmatic.
5. Punctuality and discipline.
6. Strong team player.

Preferred Qualification
- Knowledge of coffee would be a great asset.
