Are you a Technical Sales Professional with a Mechanical Engineering background looking to join an industry leading client? Are you comfortable, and able to strategically travel across Canada, and into the US? Cameron Lappin of Lock Search Group is currently working with a leading industrial organization which supports a range of industries across North America. Our client is a specialized manufacturer and a strategic leader within their industrial sector. Given their goal and focus on market share advancement, they are motivated to add a National Sales Manager to lead and grow their national footprint. This home-based, individual contributor sales role will be based out of the Lower Mainland, but will have to travel across Canada and into the US.
The successful National Sales Manager will be a dynamic and highly motivated consultative sales professional who has compelling drive, is mechanically advanced, and possesses a track record of solution ‘value-based’ selling in their previous sales/business development positions. In this role, you will work closely and directly with end-user utilities, consulting engineers, and large mechanical contractors, providing commercial offers with support from the inside customer service team. Engage in all phases of projects, from planning to execution, offering technical advice and driving the commercial aspects of tender preparation through to final bidding. By maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, the incoming Sales Manager will ensure defined sales growth targets are consistently met and exceeded.
This home-based British Columbia position is supported by a strong base, annual incentive (up to 50% of salary), competitive car allowance, RRSP matching, and extended benefits.
