Commercial Lines Account Manager, Job #9314

AutoShack is a leading North American online auto parts retailer with a strong presence on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and our own e-commerce platform. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our seller accounts.

This is an onsite position requiring hands-on management of our marketplace operations. The ideal candidate must have direct experience managing Amazon and eBay seller accounts, with a strong focus on listing optimization, marketplace policies, competitive analysis, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart seller accounts.
• Regularly update and optimize product listings, including content, keywords, bullet points, and descriptions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and track marketplace trends to improve product visibility and discoverability.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, compliance issues, and content gaps.
• Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, and key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and sales.
• Manage advertising campaigns (PPC) within Amazon and eBay platforms to optimize ad spend and ROI.
• Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with marketplace policies.

Qualifications & Skills :

• 2+ years of experience managing Amazon and eBay seller accounts.
• Strong understanding of marketplace best practices, content optimization, and platform policies.
• Experience with SEO and keyword strategies for e-commerce product listings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Marketplace.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Experience with advertising and PPC campaigns on Amazon and eBay is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
