The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing profitable sales for the customer while partnering with Product Development, Operations, Category Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Sales Operations to identify, process, and execute all strategic opportunities from program implementation to day-to-day client management.

Your future role
- Build and maintain long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understand clients’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Track key metrics to make informed decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.

Required skills
- 5+ years of experience as a National Account Manager specializing in consumer-packaged goods.
- Successful track record with retail banners such as Home Depot, Rona, Home Hardware, Canadian Tire, Loblaws, Metro, and Sobeys.
- Master of category management principles.
