Position Overview:
As a Multimedia & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead visual storytelling, content creation, and animation to enhance our brand’s digital presence. You will manage social media platforms, design marketing assets, and create animated visuals to engage our audience.
Your role will involve bringing ideas to life through creative design and motion graphics, managing our social media presence (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram), and developing high-impact digital content. You will also contribute to SEO strategies, email marketing, and online campaign optimization to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Hours and Location:
- 40 hours per week.
- This role requires on-site attendance at the Achieve Group of Companies head office Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. Based on business needs, occasional weekend availability may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging multimedia content – Create compelling visuals, infographics, video content, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and brand awareness while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage and grow social media – Plan campaigns, create engaging content (stories, reels, videos), and foster community engagement
- Design & manage email campaigns – Create effective email templates and campaigns
- Track & analyze performance – Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and social media insights to optimize content
- Report key metrics – Provide insights and recommendations to boost engagement and brand awareness
- Ensure brand consistency – Maintain brand guidelines across all digital platforms
Qualifications:
- Extensive background in visual design, digital marketing, and multimedia content creation
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva
- Experience in social media management and content creation (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Demonstrated expertise in creating animations and motion graphics for digital platforms
- Experience in email marketing, basic HTML, and SEO strategies is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field
