Multicultural Customer Development Manager - 6 Month Temporary Development Assignment (TDA)

This opportunity is a 6 month temporary development assignment (TDA).

At Frito Lay Canada, the CDM will have primary ownership of selling activities at stores across our large format system and will liaise between customers and other team members. Responsible for order placement for non-merch stores. Ensures effective communications are in place between all large format team members.

Compensation: The expected compensation range for this position is between $51,800-$86,750 based on a full-time schedule. Confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual salary.

• Better Together Solution Selling
• Priority execution / innovation LID
• Period business reviews with every customer
• Forecasting
• Premium growth order (display/feature activity)
• Supports CSS Development (Coaching)

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel and a valid driver’s license
