Marketers on Demand is on the lookout for a Multi-Media Designer on a 3-month contract with a possible extension for one of our retail giants! We are looking for someone with experience creating Graphic Design for Paid Digital Ads, Social Media platforms, and Affiliate Marketing channels. You are someone who stays up to date with the latest digital trends and understands the value of both paid and organic campaigns!

Note that this is a hybrid opportunity with a mandatory 2 days in-office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work collaboratively with corporate team members to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging requirements.
2. Design and produce high-performing/visually appealing graphics and multimedia content on tight deadlines.
3. Assist in the production of short-form video content (editing, animation, post-production).
4. Contribute to multimedia digital content; ensure alignment with brand identity and design guidelines.
5. Present creative concepts, participate in team discussions/share ideas and storyboard for presentations.

Key Qualifications:

1. Over 2 years of experience in graphic design, typography, and multimedia content creation (portfolio of work required).
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
3. Experience with design tool Figma.
4. Solid understanding of post-production processes, compression techniques, video formats, and technical requirements for various platforms.
5. Strong understanding of Paid & Organic content, Social Media, Digital Out-of-Home, Affiliate Marketing, and emerging digital tactics.
