One of TEEMA's clients is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Business/Systems Analyst to join their broader Fund Operations technology team in their Burnaby office. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is currently used throughout the organization globally and is part of their strategy to move to cloud services (Dynamics 365 and Power BI). This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join at the foundation stage and help shape the future of their Power Platform offering.
This is a multifaceted role encompassing both business and technical skill focusing on the Power Platform. On the business side, you will be responsible for process design, requirements gathering, analysis, testing and support across the power platform (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI and eventually Power Automate). On the technical side, you will carry out basic Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, build data models and data pipelines within PowerBI, diagnose system issues, provide solutions where feasible and perform data extracts and analysis. There is also an opportunity to be involved in the development of mobile applications (Power Apps). The Fund Operations IT team is responsible for all the operational technical solutions used by the business and incorporates multiple smaller teams globally. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing and administering the power platform, enforcing best practices, and improving user productivity. The role requires strong planning skills and critical thinking. There is plenty of opportunities to learn about different parts of the business from other IT and business teams.
