We have an opportunity for a MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to help augment the sales operations, business development of our patented intelligent content product. Mandatory Requirements:

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Deep understanding of CRM principles and best practices: Understanding how CRM solutions can be used to improve business processes and customer relationships.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules: Familiarity with modules like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
3. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications: Communicating effectively with both business users and technical teams.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Working effectively with clients, colleagues, and end-users.
5. Problem-solving and analytical skills: Identifying and resolving issues related to CRM implementation.

Desired Skills:
Preferred experience with the new AI.
Preferred any relevant certifications.
