Mount Pleasant Vintage & Provisions is seeking F/T Sous Chefs

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $23.00 – $25.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

1. Supervise daily activities and the duties of kitchen staff
2. Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
3. Provide training to cooks on the methods of preparing, cooking, garnishing, and presenting dishes
4. May plan menus and request necessary food and kitchen supplies
5. Prepare and cook whole meals as well as develop decorative food displays

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
2. Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
