Responsibilities

1. Promptly follow up with clients on motor insurance inquiries for new and renewal business.
2. Update and maintain the customer database accurately.
3. Ensure clients provide all necessary forms for insurance processing.
4. Process policies secured through the agency efficiently.

Support and Training

1. Strong support to help achieve a high closing ratio.
2. Comprehensive training to enhance new business and renewal take-up rates.

Requirements

1. Customer-focused, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Experience in the general insurance industry is advantageous but not required.
3. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Results- and service-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
