Mortgage Financing Representative

Join a team of 10 financing experts who are proud to help our members and clients achieve their dream of buying a home. You'll have the opportunity to develop a high-growth market in Ontario and receive 100% commission-based pay commensurate with your development. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Develop and maintain a lasting business relationship with market intermediaries: real estate agencies, real estate brokers and developers.
• Invest in the canvassing of customers.
• Target and analyze client needs, develop appropriate strategies and prepare mortgage financing offers to meet targeted results.
• Promote the global offer, including the protection and sale of cross-products.
• Ensure a presence in the business community of your territory.
• Be actively involved in the business community in your territory.
• Comply with the frameworks, practices and various laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.
• Stay on top of financial services industry news, market trends and best practices in your field.

What you bring to the table:

• College diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Intermediate advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
• Intermediate knowledge in Spanish or a third language due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with partners, members and/or clients.
• Available for frequent travel at the request of members and clients.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Available 7 days a week including evenings.
