Job Details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Work Setting: General law practice, Property and real estate law.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain filing system.
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
- Prepare accounts.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Windows
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Legal software applications
Experience
5 years or more in real estate.
Transportation/Travel Information
- Own transportation is required; public transportation is available.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: $1,050 to $1,200 weekly (to be negotiated) / 33.75 hours per week.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time.
