We have a rare opportunity for an Experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor (ideally with an estate agency background) to join us in Hazel Grove, working for our Flagship - Bridgfords office.

This is an extremely busy office, with lots of incoming leads, provided by a very successful and established estate agency team, led by a very strong estate agency manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support.
• Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
• Walking customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
• Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Skills and experience required:

• Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
• Mortgage and Protection Sales Experience
• Planning and prioritising expertise
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding relationship building skills
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
