Mortgage Administrator

As an award-winning and highly-rated mortgage brokerage based in Ontario, Outline Financial is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.

As an Administrator, you will provide direct support to the sales and underwriting teams. This role will provide service and administrative support to fill in any gaps in our day-to-day process, where needed. This role has a limited customer-facing component and primarily consists of liaising with other members of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and back up our underwriters by providing data entry and administrative support in setting up client applications
• Saving client documents and setting up mortgage applications
• CRM/database entry and management
• Prepare/assemble client approval packages
• Prepare client files for compliance and audit purposes
• Supporting the sales and underwriting teams where needed
• Other administrative tasks that may vary from time to time

Skills:

• 2+ years’ experience working in an administrative capacity within the financial services industry (mortgage experience a huge benefit)
• Previous experience using a CRM platform is a benefit
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills – “get it done” attitude.
• Extreme attention to detail is required
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand procedures and offer suggestions for maximizing efficiencies
