Salary: $21.00/hr

Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Training and Development: The Mobile Supervisor will train new mobile officers and follow-up with regular mobile staff to improve performance.
2. Patrols/Alarms Overview: The supervisor will constantly check on a mobile officer’s patrol run-sheet during their shift. The supervisor can reassign or cover patrols and alarms if needed.
3. Transports/Deliveries: The supervisor can help and assist with transports and deliveries for uniforms or any equipment needed for coverage.
4. Site Visits: The supervisor can visit any static site to conduct site inspections and hazard assessments during their shifts.
5. Reports Directly to: The Mobile Manager.

Successful Candidate will have the Following:

1. Minimum of 3 years of security-related supervisory experience.
2. Valid BC Security Guard license.
3. Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
6. High level of deportment and professionalism.
7. AST Security Guard License Preferred.
8. First Aid & CPR Certification Preferred.
9. Experience Managing a Unionized Environment Preferred.
10. Experience in Mobile Security Preferred.
