Mobile Patrol Supervisor (Full-Time)

iGuard360° was formed as a full-service security company to satisfy the demands of clients for a reliable and innovative security provider delivering long-term security solutions for both condominiums and corporate clients.

iGuard360° is currently looking to hire Two Full-Time Mobile Patrol Supervisors that can act as management representatives in the field, and be responsible for critical incident responses, field training & coaching.

Mobile 1 Schedule:

• Week 1 Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 1900-0700
• Week 2 Wed, Thurs 1900-0700

Mobile 2 Schedule:

• Week 1 Wed, Thurs 1900-0700
• Week 2 Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 1900-0700

What you will do:

• Safely operate company assigned vehicle in a manner consistent with the HTA and other applicable rules and regulations on public or private roads or properties.
• Conduct site visits at contracted sites to ensure security staff are meeting company standards related to uniforms, training, and site procedures.
• Respond to critical incidents on properties and assist security staff with managing the situation (fire, flood, medical issue, and criminal activity) and/or coordinate with Emergency Services as required.
• Conduct site visits/inspections and patrols of client facilities.
• Coordinate with the Operations Centre to ensure efficient and timely response to reported incidents and field requests.
• Enforce Client rules, Trespass to Property Act, and parking enforcement.
• Accurately and concisely complete Daily Occurrence Reports and Incident Reports into our electronic reporting software including body camera footage related to incident response.
• Represent iGuard360 in a professional manner and act as an extension of management when attending sites.
• Perform additional emergency duties and otherwise, as assigned.

Education / Experience:

• 3+ years security industry experience.
• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Use of Force training is an asset.
• Tactical Communication training is an asset.

Special Certifications Required:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License is a must.
• Valid G driver's license is a must.
• Clean Driver's Abstract is a must.
• Must be 25 years of age for insurance purposes.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
